This position is responsible for the Troops overall operation. They are responsible for the annual planning conferences and assists the Scoutmaster in conducting the troop leadership training. They are also responsible for running the Monday meetings as well as campouts.

The Assistant Senior Patrol Leader assists the Senior Patrol Leader and takes over in the unlikely absence of the SPL. The ASPL helps train and supervise the Scribe, Quartermaster and Chaplain Aide. The ASPL also helps run Meetings and Campouts.

The Patrol Leader is responsible for running their patrol during meetings. They need to know where there scouts are at for advancement and are responsible for planning the activities and advancement during the meetings for the month. The Patrol leader takes attendance and tracks what advancement each scout completed and turns the form into the Scoutmaster or Assistant Scoutmasters after the meeting..

The Chaplain Aide is responsible for encouraging the spiritual growth and awareness of each member of the troop and assisting the troop chaplain. The Chaplain Aide performs grace before each meal at campouts and at closing of meetings.

The Librarian takes care of Troop documents such as rank advancement sheets, Attendance and Rank tracking sheets and more. The librarian will be available at meetings to hand out rank advancement sheets to patrol leaders for their scouts in their patrols along with handing out attendance sheets to the patrol leaders, collecting them at the end of the meeting and getting them to the Scoutmaster or Assistant Scoutmasters. They will also have on hand cards with job descriptions of each position should a scout request one.

The Historian collects troop photographs, new stories, awards etc. The historian is responsible for putting together a display such as a trifold with photos or a powerpoint with photos from past meetings, campouts and events for display at the Court Of Honors and more.
